Meet Olivia Popowich, an accomplished Realtor with nearly 15 years of experience in Calgary's real estate market. Before becoming a Realtor, Olivia gained valuable industry experience through several related positions. In her early 20s, she worked in British Columbia at a Notary Public office within a real estate firm, assisting in processing transactions for top Realtors. She then transitioned into the lending industry with Citifinancial. When title insurance entered the Canadian market, Olivia became the first account manager for First Canadian Title in Kelowna, overseeing the largest geographical territory in Canada, the Interior of BC. In this role, she excelled in educating lawyers, lenders, and Realtors about the benefits of title insurance, earning recognition as a top performer. Olivia was subsequently recruited to Calgary, where she worked with a major builder, representing low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise developments in Airdrie, East Village, the Beltline, and the Northwest of Calgary. After taking a few years off to raise her children, Olivia returned to the industry as a licensed agent. Since then, she has helped a diverse range of clients achieve their real estate goals, from first-time buyers and luxury purchasers to empty nesters and investors.
